First, please ensure that you have read the orange information icons in the respective section that you need help with and have also reviewed the samples, templates, and any instructions provided.

Second, we run weekly webinar sessions for our programs, which is a great place to learn about how to execute on administrative and technical aspects of your proposals and to ask questions and get live help.

As a part of our Applicant Plan we offer occasional 30-minute consultation meetings, subject to availability. You may request this help by submitting a support ticket here -

If you would like on-demand priority consultation on any matter, kindly choose one of our Add-On Services. You can request these services from the left-hand side menu on your Dashboard.

If you need ongoing regular consultations, then you will need to switch to the Applicant Pro Plan for either a flat fee or success-fee.
