Since the majority of the proposal and the format is identical, you can use the NSF SBIR workflow to prepare your NSF STTR. During submission kindly add a note on the support ticket that your proposal is mean to be an STTR and our team will ensure the right documents and rules are being followed so that your proposal remains compliant.
