Once registered on the Applicant Plan , you can select "Start a Proposal" at the bottom of the center, orange column.

You will then be directed to "Create Your Proposal”. Click "NSF"

Then, select Phase 1 or Phase 2 for your NSF Proposal.

Step 3 will ask that you name your proposal and input the submission date.

Finally, provide all relevant additional information.
