Once registered on the Applicant Plan, you can select "Start a Proposal" at the bottom of the center, orange column.

Select the NIH workflow relevant to your proposal from the "Create Your Proposal" pop up.

In Step 2, select your NIH proposal phase.

Step 3 will ask that you name your proposal and insert the submission deadline for your grant.

Finally, provide any additional relevant information regarding your grant application.
